Bottom Exercises

By sitting or lying on the bottom, without worrying about complicated swimming movements, you can focus on just getting relaxed in the aquatic environment. This exercise isn’t just for beginners. It’s used by many experienced swimmers at the start of a workout to the get the body out of land mode and into aquatic mode.
