Single Arm Kickboard Drill

A kickboard provides support for the unused arm. Allow the unused arm (the one holding the kickboard) to flex as you extend the stroking arm forward, so that you get a bit of rotation to that side.  Perform the drill with head up, or head down with freestyle breathing (toward the stroking arm, away from the kickboard).
